Sticky Mat is a 30ply ( 40ply) contamination control tacky mat that effectively removes dust and dirt on contact. It is composed of 30 ( 40) easy to peel-off disposable tacky mat sheets, which are especially designed to meet Cleanroom needs. The number of mat layers can be customized according customer need. It removes over 99% of all foot-borne contamination particles from entering the critical environment.
Tacky mats Layer quantity includes: 30 layers and 40 layers, the layer thickness includes: 0.035mm, 0.04mm, 0.045mm,0.05mm, and the color includes: Blue, White, Grey. The size includes: 18inchx36inch, 24inchx36inch, 26inchx45inch, other size can be customized.
