It is used to vulcanize NR and synthesis rubber, but it is not able to vulcanize IIR, EPDM and latex.
Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber sheet, rubber shoes and other products.
Used as primary accelerator, add 1.0~2.0 PHR DPG along with 2.5~3.5 PHR sulfur.
As a second accelerator, add 0.1~0.25 PHR DPG along with 0.75~1.0 PHR mercaptan accelerator
and 2.5 PHR sulfur.
