In the chemical beneficiation process, in order to ensure the required pulp mass fraction during leaching, there is usually a concentration operation before leaching. The solid phase and liquid phase separation of the leached pulp and the slurry after chemical precipitation are required to meet the requirements of subsequent operations. These solid-liquid two-phase separation processes are collectively referred to as solid-liquid separation. The material is fully stirred and washed after passing through, then pushed out by the blade and flows along the barrel wall. As the material is continuously fed in, the material after scrubbing is continuously discharged from the outlet to complete the cleaning work.
