Single-stage Double-suction Centrifugal Pump

 Type TS single-stage double-suction split-casing centrifugal pump is a newly developed product on the basis of type S pump and advanced technology imported from overseas , it adopts oversea excellent hydraulic model. and has advantages of high efficiency, compact structure, high intensity, good performance and wide application etc. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or packing seal.

 Type TS serial pump are mainly used in water works, air-conditioner circulating water, water supply for building, irrigation, drainage pump stations, power station, industrial water supply system, fire-extinguishing system, ships industry and oil refining industry ( general service). The pumped medium is clear water or other liquids which is physically and chemically similar to clear water with temperature below 80℃ and solid particles less 80mg/l, it can also deliver seawater, industrial waste water and rainwater including suspend substance when adopting special material.

 Type TS pump mainly consists of pump casing, pump cover, impeller, shafting parts, coupling parts, vent-pipe parts and backflow pipe parts etc. Inlet and outlet are horizontal under the shaft, vertical to axial line. Pump casing is horizontal split-casing and needn’t dismantle pipes and motor while overhauling. The high head and big caliber pump adopts double volute chamber which can decrease radial force, vibration and noise, increase lifespan of bearing. There is no swirl at inlet. It operates steadily and wears down a little. The same rotor parts can also be used opposite . The shaft is sealed completely , it doesn’t touch medium or corrode the screw thread and has long operating lifespan.

 Bearing is supported by deep groove ball bearing and lubricated by grease.

 Shaft seal: It adopts packing seal or mechanical seal, The packing seal water or mechanical seal cooling water is leaded from chamber or outside through backflow pipe parts.

Drive: Pump is driven by motor through flexible coupling. The rotation direction of pump is clockwise viewed from motor, it can also be counter clockwise according to customer’s requirement, please give indication in contract.
